CREATE PI Dr. Wendy A. Rogers has been appointed as member of the Board on Human-Systems Integration (BOHSI) of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine. BOHSI serves multiple roles as an advisor, explorer, and providers of information for sponsors and researchers including those from basic and applied sciences and those outside the field of human factors. Their recent report topics range from scientific and technology challenges of virtual reality, research needs for human factors, to disability and rehabilitation research. The BOHSI spring meeting was held on April 2-3rd in Washington D.C. Dr. Rogers shared a brief presentation to the Board members about her research and had the pleasure of meeting with other board members including Drs. Linda Ng Boyle, Nancy J. Currie-Gregg, and Tara Behrend, pictured left to right with Dr. Rogers at the meeting.
