In December 2025, the CREATE Dissemination Core updated the Instruments & Tools section on our website to include The Medicare Proficiency Questionnaire. This measure was developed and validated by CREATE researchers (Emily Langston, Neil Charness, and Walter Boot). The measure and a complete user guide are now available on the website. Additionally, the user guides for Computer Proficiency Questionnaire and Mobile Device Proficiency Questionnaire have been updated. These CREATE tools have been widely used and translated to assess different aspects of technology proficiency for people of all ages.
