Two Special Interest Groups of the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) are holding a virtual research and networking event. Co-hosted by Drs. Ryan Best, Walter Boot, Corinna Löckenhoff, and Julia Nolte, this free event will take place on September 30th (Tue) at 11:00 – 1:30 pm (EDT). Dr. Walter Boot from the Technology & Aging Group will discuss “Large Language Models as Potential Solutions as Older Adults Navigate Complex Health Decisions.” Dr. Kaileigh Byrne from the Judgment & Decision-Making Group will discuss “Leveraging Age-Related Changes in Decision-Making under Uncertainty to Inform an App-Based Pilot Intervention for Older Adults”.
