Overview
The Computer Proficiency Questionnaire (CPQ) is a survey designed to assess an individual’s ability to use a computer in multiple domains for a wide range of users. Both a full version and a shorter form of this questionnaire are available. For instructions on administering and scoring this measure, please refer to the user guide.
