The CREATE team recently published “Understanding Medicare-related decision-making by older adults: Role of technology support” in Human Factors in Healthcare (June 2025). Drs. Lee, Mudar, and Rogers from the Illinois site reviewed the literature to understand older adults’ use of Medicare-related technology tools.
