The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NAS) hosted a webinar titled “From Longevity to Vitality: Leveraging Technology for Thriving in Later Life” on October 14, 2025. This was the third webinar in The Hauser Policy Impact Fund Webinar series. This 90-minute webinar addressed the role technology plays to support older and aging adults. The panel was composed of five experts from academia and AARP, including two CREATE PIs, Dr. Sara Czaja and Dr. Wendy Rogers. Panelists discussed recommendations for families and policymakers regarding the use of technology for older adults’ autonomy and well-being.
