On April 9th, CREATE Project 3 research team members at the Illinois site showcased the Medicare information materials for the CHART Community Advisory Panel. Composed of adults in the local community, aged 65 and older, the Panel had previously provided feedback to the team on the materials. Dr. Hye Soo Lee presented the finalized materials and conveyed gratitude for their support. The Panel was delighted to see the finalized materials. They also made suggestions for future dissemination, noting that many people would find the materials useful.
