Registration is now open for the CREATE Design Fundamentals Course: Designing for Older Adults is one-day workshop that will be held in Chicago on October 5, 2026. The CREATE principal investigators, Sara Czaja, Walter Boot, Neil Charness, and Wendy Rogers will present key human factors and design principles for creating technologies and environments to support older adults. This is an opportunity to learn practical strategies through examples and case studies. Breakfast, lunch, and networking reception included.
There is a $750 fee required to attend ($550 for postdoctoral researchers). Advance registration is required as the event is limited to 50 attendees. Interested individuals are encouraged to register using the form from the download link below.
