Dissemination event tables

The Weill Cornell Medicine CREATE team holds various recruitment and dissemination events. We highlight recent events where they engaged with the community in dissemination and recruitment efforts.
In September 2025, the Center on Aging and Behavioral Research Team had a successful day at the Weill Cornell Medicine 2025 Third Avenue Fair. This is a community event in Manhattan that offers free health screenings, hands-on services, educational activities, and more from a variety of WCM departments. The CREATE team shared information about CREATE to visitors, along with opportunities to participate in ongoing studies.
On February 4, 2026, Adrienne Jaret, the Assistant Director of CREATE, attended and hosted at the LiveOn NY Annual Summit Event with another WCM researcher, Lauren Caldwell. This event stems from a coalition of senior service organizations seeking to share practices and create a systematic change to improve the lives of older adults in New York. With over 350 attendees, many were interested to learn about upcoming CREATE projects and to share the information with their clients. To learn more about this event, please visit the event webpage.
